Process crash via truncated UHDR buffer sizing

Heap-based buffer overflow in ImageMagick before 7.1.2-16 allows local users to corrupt heap memory while encoding UHDR images. In coders/uhdr.c, WriteUHDRImage passes a fractional 1.5 multiplier into an integer-sized overflow check, truncating the allocation calculation before YUV data is written. Exploitation requires invoking the UHDR encoder with dimensions that drive the truncated size calculation, and the resulting out-of-bounds write can crash the encoding process or corrupt its output.
