Code injection in OneUptime before 10.0.18 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands in the probe container via a synthetic monitor. VMRunner.ts passes project-supplied Playwright JavaScript to Node.js vm.runInContext, allowing a constructor-chain escape to expose process and child_process. Project membership is required, but default open registration exposes that gate; probe environment credentials enable compromise of the backing database or cluster.
