Authenticated SQL injection via reversed quote escaping
Published Mar 16, 2026 · Updated Mar 16, 2026
SQL injection in Chamilo LMS 1.11.34 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with an admin role to extract database data. The statistics AJAX endpoint concatenates date_start and date_end into a raw SQL fragment, while usermanager.lib.php reverses Database::escape_string() by restoring escaped single quotes. Any authenticated administrator can perform blind time-based or conditional reads; no unauthenticated path is reported.
