Arbitrary file read via double-decoded export paths

Path traversal in SiYuan before 3.5.10 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through crafted /export requests. The serveExport handler decodes the request path again, joins it beneath exportBaseDir, and serves the result without checking that the resolved path remains inside that directory. No authentication or user interaction is required; a double-encoded traversal can expose configuration secrets that grant administrative API access.
