Browser script execution via unencoded dashboard parameters
Published Aug 21, 2026 · Updated Aug 21, 2026
Reflected XSS in Combodo iTop before 3.2.3 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through dashboard saving. In pages/ajax.render.php, dashboard_id and reload_url values are interpolated into generated JavaScript string literals without JSON encoding. A target must load the attacker-controlled response; the script then runs in the iTop origin and can act with that user's browser privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
