Internal resource disclosure via unpinned DNS resolution
Published Mar 7, 2026 · Updated Mar 7, 2026
SSRF in WeKnora before 0.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP resources through DNS rebinding. The web_fetch tool validates a hostname once, then passes the unchanged URL to fetchWithChromedp, whose browser resolves it again without DNS pinning. An account or agent with web search capability can exploit the TOCTOU gap to retrieve internal services, configuration data, or cloud metadata credentials.
