Arbitrary file write via unsanitized TOC names

Path traversal in Kovid Goyal calibre before 9.5.0 allows attackers to write arbitrary files via a crafted RocketBook file. The RocketBook reader URL-decodes an attacker-controlled TOC name, joins it to the extraction directory without a boundary check, and opens the resulting path for writing. A user must open or convert the file; successful exploitation can create or overwrite any file writable by the calibre process.
