Authenticated internal-service access via notification tester URLs

SSRF in Wallos before 4.6.2 allows remote authenticated users to access internal services through crafted notification tester URLs. The webhook, Gotify, and ntfy tester endpoints pass user-controlled URL or host values to server-side cURL requests without blocking private, loopback, link-local, or metadata addresses; the ignore_ssl option also disables certificate verification. A logged-in user with a valid CSRF token can read internal metadata, probe localhost services, or reach internal admin interfaces from the application host.
