Remote code execution via unchecked packetid index

Out-of-bounds write in GStreamer gst-plugins-good 1.26.10 and earlier and 1.28.0 allows remote attackers to execute code via X-QDM RTP data. The packetid parser uses a user-controlled array index without validating it against the allocated payload array, causing a write past its end. A receiving application must pass attacker-controlled RTP data to the depayloader; exploitation crashes or takes over that process.
