Authenticated PAT revocation via unscoped deletion

Authorization bypass in Hoppscotch before 2026.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to revoke another user's personal access token. The deletePAT controller omits the authenticated user's identity, and its service deletes by attacker-supplied token ID without scoping the query to the owner. Any signed-in account that obtains another token's ID can invalidate that credential, interrupting API access that depends on it.
