CVE-2026-30808Network attack vector

Session hijacking via retained pre-authentication cookie

Published May 12, 2026 · Updated May 12, 2026

Session fixation in the Pandora FMS Web Console 777 through 800 allows remote attackers to hijack user sessions via a crafted session ID. After authentication, the Web Console retains the attacker-supplied PHPSESSID instead of issuing a new cookie, so the identifier becomes authenticated. Exploitation requires a user to authenticate with the fixed identifier; the attacker then reuses it to access and alter data in that user's session.
