Remote service interruption via unauthenticated strategy command

Protocol manipulation in RustDesk Client 1.4.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to stop its service through a strategy payload. The heartbeat sync loop in src/hbbs_http/sync.rs accepts an unauthenticated stop-service directive from API-server strategy data and applies it as a client option without verifying the payload's authenticity. The client must be connected to an API server, or re-homed through a RustDesk configuration URI, and successful delivery interrupts remote-desktop availability.
