Invalid-certificate fallback requires explicit operator opt-in

RustDesk Client 1.4.5 and earlier does not automatically accept invalid TLS certificates after a handshake failure. The HTTP client's get_cached_tls_accept_invalid_cert() returns false by default, so rustls and native-tls validate the certificate and the request fails closed. Invalid-certificate acceptance occurs only after an operator enables the default-off allow-insecure-tls-fallback option; the CNA therefore rejected the vulnerability claim.
