Local privilege escalation via unrestricted physical-memory access

Improper input validation in EnTech Taiwan TVicPort 4.0 allows local users to escalate privileges through a crafted driver request. The TVicPort64.sys handler exposes IOCTL 0x80002008 through a device with a NULL DACL and permits user-controlled physical-memory reads and writes. Any local user able to open the device can alter kernel-accessible memory, enabling elevated code execution or security-control bypass.
