Cross-site request forgery in Devome GRR 4.4.2 allows remote attackers to change application settings through crafted GET requests. GRR lacks request-forgery validation and uses GET requests for state changes, so a page loaded by an authenticated administrator can submit configuration updates under that administrator's session. The CNA record instead describes session-header SQL injection in 4.5.0, but its cited audit assigns that defect to CVE-2026-30714 and states that 4.5.0 contains the fixes.
