Denial of service in Concrete CMS 9.4.7 File Manager allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service via bulk file downloads. The download method in concrete/controllers/backend/file.php passes each complete selected file from getFileContents() to ZipArchive::addFromString, retaining archive data in PHP memory. File Manager access and multiple large readable files are required; exceeding PHP's memory limit crashes a PHP-FPM worker, and repeated requests can exhaust the process pool.
