Process crash via missing fdp_pli argument

NULL pointer dereference in fio 3.41 allows local users to crash the process through a job file with a valueless fdp_pli option. The job-file parser passes a NULL input to str_fdp_pli_cb(), which calls strdup() without first validating the pointer. The job file must be opened by fio; default CLI use does not accept untrusted remote jobs, and the failure interrupts only that fio process.
