Command injection in Upsonic before 0.72.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands through crafted MCP tasks. The MCP task creation path accepts user-controlled command and args values, while its allowlist admits npm and npx flags that invoke arbitrary commands. Network access to task creation is sufficient, and injected commands run with the privileges of the Upsonic process.
