Administrator session compromise via unsanitized limit reflection
Published Mar 27, 2026 · Updated Mar 27, 2026
Reflected XSS in SourceCodester Sales and Inventory System 1.0 allows remote attackers to run script through a crafted limit value. The view_product.php page reads the limit GET parameter for pagination and reflects it into the response without sanitization, causing injected markup and JavaScript to execute in the browser. The attack succeeds only when an authenticated administrator opens the crafted URL, exposing that browser session to script-driven actions.
