Authentication bypass via CSRF setup-file deletion
Published May 27, 2026 · Updated May 27, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Jason2605 AdminPanel 4.0 allows remote attackers to force authentication bypass through a victim's browser. The delete.php endpoint accepts a state-changing GET request without a CSRF token or origin validation and deletes verifyPanel.php using the victim's session. An authenticated user must visit an attacker-controlled page; removing the setup-gating file returns the application to setup mode and permits system reinitialization.
