Arbitrary command execution via safe-command misclassification

Prompt injection in HAI Build Code Generator 3.13.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary terminal commands. The Tool Call Parser and command-validation logic trust the model's safe-command classification, so a generic wrapper can disguise malicious input and send it to the auto-execution module without approval. The Execute safe commands mode must be enabled, after which injected commands run with the application's host privileges and can read, alter, or delete accessible data.
