Unauthenticated command execution via Windows parser mismatch

OS command injection in CodeRider-Kilo 2.3.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands on Windows through tool calls. The auto-approval module uses the POSIX shell-quote library, which treats a caret-escaped quote as protection around an ampersand that Windows CMD later interprets as a command separator. No authentication or user interaction is required; a malicious tool-call command disguised as an approved Git operation executes with the application's host privileges.
