Authenticated file read via PWA icon path traversal

Path traversal in Budibase 3.31.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with builder privileges to read arbitrary server files. The processPWAZip handler joins each user-controlled icons.json src value to a temporary extraction directory without verifying that the resolved path remains inside it, then uploads the selected file to object storage. Builder access and a workspace application are required; exposed files can disclose environment secrets and service credentials through returned signed URLs.
