Page denial of service via Markdown DOM clobbering

Cross-site scripting in OpenProject before 17.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash or blank pages through crafted Markdown links. The Markdown hyperlink renderer accepts payloads that create named HTML elements which overwrite native DOM functions used during application initialization. Low-privilege access sufficient to submit rendered Markdown is required, and the resulting runtime errors halt client-side execution without reported data access or modification.
