Unauthenticated AMF crash via invalid free

Improper input validation in OpenAirInterface AMF 2.2.0 allows remote attackers to crash the service with a malformed NGAP message. After NGAP decoding fails, ngap_app::handle_receive passes a stack-resident object to CHOICE_free, which attempts to free memory that was not dynamically allocated. An unauthenticated sender able to reach the AMF NGAP interface can consistently terminate the AMF process with particular inputs, interrupting the service without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
