Denial of service in free5GC 4.0.1 allows remote attackers to crash the NSSF with a crafted NSSAI subscription POST request. The handler mutates factory.NssfConfig and its Subscriptions state without ensuring initialization or synchronization, triggering a nil-pointer panic. Network access to the NSSF API is sufficient; the demonstrated request supplies no credentials and produces an HTTP 500 with a panic stack trace.
