Service crash via missing pduSessionId path parameter

Reachable assertion in Open5GS 2.7.6 NUDM-UECM allows remote attackers to crash the UDM process with a crafted DELETE request. The UDM state dispatcher leaves sess unset when the request omits the pduSessionId path segment, then asserts sess in src/udm/udm-sm.c. Network reachability to the UDM service is required, and exploitation aborts the process, interrupting UDM service.
