CVE-2026-29872Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Cross-session token disclosure via process-wide environment variables

Published Mar 30, 2026 · Updated Mar 30, 2026

Information disclosure in awesome-llm-apps at commit e46690f99c3f08be80a9877fab52acacf7ab8251 allows remote attackers to read API tokens. The Streamlit interface writes GitHub and OpenAI credentials to process-wide os.environ entries, then reuses those globals across otherwise separate browser sessions. A shared multi-user Python process and a prior user's submitted token are required; unauthenticated subsequent users can access external services with the exposed credential.
