Arbitrary file overwrite via checkpoint path traversal

Path traversal in agentic-context-engine 0.7.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to overwrite application-accessible files. OfflineACE.run joins an attacker-controlled checkpoint_dir with fixed checkpoint filenames, and Skillbook.save_to_file creates parent directories and opens the resulting path without normalization or boundary enforcement. Exploitation requires control of checkpoint_dir; writes remain limited to fixed checkpoint filenames and the application process's filesystem permissions.
