Authenticated arbitrary file write via recursive traversal

Path traversal in pyLoad 0.5.0b3.dev13 through 0.5.0b3.dev96 allows remote authenticated users to write files outside storage. The edit_package() function removes ../ only once from pack_folder, so recursive traversal sequences remain after replacement and escape the storage directory. A user needs MODIFY permission; exploitation creates files in locations writable by the pyLoad process, including /tmp, and can interrupt service.
