Client crash via bitmap-cache off-by-one

Heap out-of-bounds access in FreeRDP before 3.24.0 allows remote attackers controlling an RDP server to crash connected clients. bitmap_cache_put accepts cacheId equal to maxCells, then reads and potentially writes cells[] one element beyond its allocation. The client must connect to the server; the demonstrated result is a crash and heap corruption, while code execution depends on heap layout.
