Cross-namespace resource disclosure via deprecated host callbacks

Incorrect authorization in Kubewarden kubewarden-controller before 1.33.0 allows remote authenticated users to read cross-namespace resources. The host_callback dispatcher in crates/policy-evaluator/src/runtimes/callback.rs routes three deprecated Kubernetes bindings to unrestricted KubernetesListResourceAll requests without the context-aware permission gate. Exploitation requires non-default AdmissionPolicy creation permission and exposes only Ingresses, Namespaces, and Services to read access, with no write access or access to Secrets or ConfigMaps.
