Authenticated code execution via unbounded submit-url copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in D-Link DWR-M960 1.01.07 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a crafted submit-url value. The formDateReboot handler in sub_460F30 uses strcpy to copy submit-url into the fixed-size wizard_htm buffer without checking its length. The save_apply path is required; the demonstrated result crashes the boa web server and leaves the router unreachable, while crafted corruption enables code execution.
