Service interruption via unbounded media response buffering

Uncontrolled resource consumption in OpenClaw before 2026.2.14 allows remote attackers to interrupt service through URL-backed media. The fetchWithGuard function calls response.arrayBuffer() before enforcing maxBytes when content-length is absent or incorrect, buffering an oversized response in full. Exploitation requires URL-based media input to fetch an attacker-controlled response; resulting memory pressure can interrupt the OpenClaw process.
