Stored script execution via unneutralized user names
Published Apr 1, 2026 · Updated Apr 1, 2026
Stored XSS in DDSN Interactive Acora CMS 10.7.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through crafted user names. The submit_add_user.asp and submit_edit_user.asp handlers store First Name and Last Name values without neutralizing script markup before the interface renders them. Administrator access is required to save a crafted profile, and script execution occurs when another user views the stored data in the interface.
