Authenticated code execution via unrestricted finalize callable

Code injection in NetBox 4.3.5 through 4.5.4 allows remote authenticated users with template permissions to execute arbitrary code. RenderTemplateMixin.get_environment_params() resolves any string-valued finalize parameter with import_string() and passes the callable to Jinja2 outside sandbox call interception. ExportTemplate or ConfigTemplate permissions are required, and successful rendering runs the callable as the NetBox service user.
