Stored XSS via unneutralized friend-link group name
Published Feb 22, 2026 · Updated Feb 22, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in YiFang CMS 2.0.0 through 2.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to run script via a crafted group Name. The update function in app/db/admin/D_friendLinkGroup.php accepts the Name argument without neutralizing it before the administrative view renders it. Exploitation requires high privileges and another user to view the affected output, enabling script-driven changes in that browser session.
