Authenticated service crash via unbounded submit-url copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in D-Link DWR-M960 1.01.07 allows remote authenticated users to crash the web server via submit-url. The sub_453140 handler in /boafrm/formWlAc passes the user-controlled submit-url value to strcpy for a fixed-size global wizard_htm buffer without checking its length. Reaching the copy requires a POST containing save_apply; the published proof of concept leaves the router unreachable after the web server crashes.
