Authenticated service crash via unbounded submit-url copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in D-Link DWR-M960 1.01.07 allows remote authenticated users to crash the web server via submit-url. The formWlEncrypt handler's sub_452CCC function passes the HTTP parameter to strcpy, copying it into the fixed-size wizard_htm buffer without a length check. Low-privileged access and valid WLAN configuration fields are required to reach the copy; an oversized value crashes boa and leaves the device unreachable.
