Authenticated data exposure and tampering via missing ACLs
Published Mar 19, 2026 · Updated Mar 19, 2026
Authorization bypass in SuiteCRM 7.15.0 and earlier and 8.0.0 through 8.9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter CRM data. REST API V8 user-preference endpoints omit ACL checks for another user's identifier, while relationship endpoints operate without enforcing record or SecurityGroup access. Any authenticated account can expose another user's settings or create and delete relationships among otherwise inaccessible records.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
