Unauthorized Cloud mutations via read-only key acceptance

Authorization bypass in Parse Server before 8.6.4 and 9.0.0 through 9.4.1-alpha.2 allows remote authenticated users to mutate Cloud Hooks. The Cloud Hooks and Cloud Jobs endpoints accept readOnlyMasterKey-authenticated mutating requests instead of rejecting write operations. Exploitation requires a configured readOnlyMasterKey and knowledge of its value, enabling hook creation, modification, deletion, and job starts that expose data.
