Stored XSS via unencoded order metadata

Stored XSS in Pixel & Tonic Craft Commerce 4.0.0 through 4.10.1 and 5.0.0 through 5.5.2 allows remote authenticated users to run script. Order::getMetadata returns the order reference, site name, and shipping method name without HTML encoding before the slideout renders them. An attacker must store a crafted value and wait for another authenticated user to double-click the order; the script then runs in that user's browser context.
