Domain restriction bypass via mutable GINA metadata
Published Apr 2, 2026 · Updated Apr 2, 2026
Authorization bypass in SEPPmail Secure Email Gateway before 15.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to evade GINA domain restrictions. The GINA web interface accepts an external user's changes to webdomain metadata and then relies on that untrusted metadata when enforcing per-domain access controls. Access to an external GINA account is required; the bypass permits cross-domain metadata changes and associated access, without reported service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
