Heap-based buffer overflow in libvips up to 8.19.0 allows local users to crash a calling process via a custom seekable source. vips_source_read_to_memory passes a 64-bit source length to the 32-bit g_byte_array_set_size, truncating allocations above UINT_MAX while its read loop uses the full length. Reachability requires local code to supply a custom seekable source larger than 4 GiB; the demonstrated overflow crashes in the caller's read callback.
