Denial of service in affected Dahua devices built before March 26, 2026 allows remote attackers to force an unexpected reboot. A specially crafted network packet triggers an exception, but Dahua has not disclosed the packet format, affected service, or assertion locus. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation interrupts service by rebooting the device.
