Permission escalation via unchecked DocShare rights

Authorization bypass in Frappe Framework 14 before 14.100.0 and 15 before 15.98.0 allows remote authenticated users to delegate unauthorized rights. The add_docshare path verifies document-sharing access but does not confirm that the caller holds each requested right before writing the DocShare record. A low-privileged account with share access can grant another user stronger read, write, submit, or share permissions, exposing or altering documents beyond the caller’s authority.
