Arbitrary file overwrite via unchecked ZIP paths

Path traversal in changedetection.io before 0.54.4 allows remote attackers to overwrite arbitrary files through an uploaded backup ZIP. The backup restore handler in changedetectionio/blueprint/backups/restore.py passes archive entries to ZipFile.extractall() without confirming that resolved paths remain inside its temporary extraction directory. Network access to the unauthenticated restore endpoint is sufficient to replace application secrets, settings, or watch data within the service account's filesystem access.
