File-request privilege escalation via overprivileged short-lived tokens

Improper access control in Forceu Gokapi before 2.2.3 allows remote authenticated users to create or modify file requests. The authenticated web flow that mints short-lived API keys assigns the file-request permission without checking the registered user's assigned rights. Registered access and an instance with at least one user able to reach the admin/upload menu are required; the resulting key permits unauthorized file-request changes.
