Unauthenticated file read via unsafe XPath parsing

Arbitrary file read in changedetection.io before 0.54.4 allows remote attackers to read application-accessible files through an XPath filter. The xpath_filter() function passes the include_filters expression to elementpath.select() with XPath3Parser, allowing unparsed-text() to resolve file URIs. No authentication or user interaction is required; a scheduled fetch stores the selected file content as a snapshot viewable through the web interface.
