Memory corruption via malformed WAV smpl chunk

Heap buffer overflow in mackron dr_libs 0.14.4 and earlier allows attackers to corrupt memory by supplying a crafted WAV file. In drwav__read_smpl_to_metadata_obj(), pass 1 excludes a smpl chunk when its declared sampleLoopCount disagrees with its size, but pass 2 processes it and writes 36 attacker-controlled bytes beyond the allocation. Exploitation requires an application to parse untrusted WAV metadata through a drwav_init_*_with_metadata() call, resulting in a crash or application-context memory corruption.
